For Parents & Teachers

All students are required to provide contact information for their adult sponsors (parents or teachers). 

As a sponsor, you are asked to provide your contact information in case we need to contact you for anything regarding the student and submission. You are also required to submit a sponsor signed consent form and it should be uploaded together with the student’s submission material.
